Ajcon Global Services Limited is committed to making ajcononline.com usable by everyone, including persons with disabilities, senior citizens and people using assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice recognition software or a keyboard only.
Standards we follow
This website aims to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as required by:
- Guidelines for Indian Government Websites and Apps (GIGW) 3.0
- Indian Standard IS 17802 (Accessibility for ICT Products and Services)
- SEBI circular on digital accessibility for regulated entities
- Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
Conformance status
This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Most of the content meets the standard; the known exceptions are listed under Known limitations below. We review the website regularly and fix issues as we find them.
Accessibility features
- Keyboard access: every link, menu and button can be used with the keyboard alone.
- Skip to content: the first link on every page jumps straight to the main content.
- Visible focus: a clear outline shows which item is selected while you navigate with the keyboard.
- Pause animations: a "Pause animations" button stops the scrolling investor ticker, sliders and other moving content. Your choice is remembered. Moving content also stops while you hover over it or focus on it.
- Accessibility toolbar: the blue accessibility icon at the bottom-right of every page lets you change text size, line height and letter spacing, switch to high contrast or monochrome, use a readable font, highlight links, hide images, or turn on a reading guide.
- Screen reader support: pages use headings, landmarks, labelled links and form fields so that screen readers can describe them correctly. Links that open in a new tab say so.
- Forms: required fields are marked, and error messages are linked to the field they belong to.
- Responsive design: the website works on mobile phones and tablets and can be zoomed up to 200% without loss of content.
- Sitemap: a sitemap lists every page as another way to find information.

Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- PDF documents: some older forms and policy documents are scanned PDFs and may not be readable by screen readers. Contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.
- Third-party websites: links such as online trading, account opening, Re-KYC, SCORES, Smart ODR, e-voting and exchange websites are run by other organisations. Their accessibility is outside our control.
- Images: images on the home page, header and service pages now have text descriptions. Some images on older inner pages may still be missing a description; we are adding these.
- Colour contrast: text on the home page, header and footer now meets the minimum contrast ratio. A few inner pages are still being checked; until then, you can use the high-contrast option in the accessibility toolbar.
- Pages under review: the home page, header, footer, menus and enquiry forms have been tested and corrected. Other pages, including downloads and research reports, are being reviewed in phases.

Assessment and review
Accessibility of this website was assessed through an independent audit (report F-121A-001, July 2026) and through manual testing with keyboard-only navigation on desktop and mobile.
Following the audit, we made these improvements in October 2026:
- Every link, menu, slider and form on the home page can now be reached and used with the keyboard alone, including the mobile menu.
- A visible focus outline, a "Skip to content" link and a "Pause animations" button were added on every page.
- Links now describe where they go, and links that open in a new tab say so to screen readers.
- Text descriptions were added to the logo and service images.
- Low-contrast text on the home page was darkened.
- Headings on the home page were corrected so that it has a single main heading.
This statement was last reviewed on . We will review it again after the remaining pages have been checked.
