Scrutinizer Report
Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations, Ajcon Global Services Ltd. appoints an independent Scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting process conducted through remote e-voting and/or physical voting at General Meetings.
The Scrutinizer submits a consolidated report on the voting results, which is placed before the Chairman and disclosed to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with statutory requirements.
