Scrutinizer Report<\/h5>\n

Pursuant to the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and applicable SEBI regulations, Ajcon Global Services Ltd. appoints an independent Scrutinizer to scrutinize the voting process conducted through remote e-voting and\/or physical voting at General Meetings.<\/p>\n

The Scrutinizer submits a consolidated report on the voting results, which is placed before the Chairman and disclosed to the Stock Exchanges in accordance with statutory requirements.<\/p>\n
