Trading Window Closure
In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, Ajcon Global Services Ltd. has implemented a structured mechanism for closure of the Trading Window.
The Trading Window is closed for all Designated Persons, Insiders, and their immediate relatives during periods when unpublished price sensitive information (UPSI) is available, including the declaration of financial results.
During the Trading Window Closure period, trading in the securities of the Company is strictly prohibited.

General Information
- The Trading Window is generally closed from the end of the relevant quarter until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results.
- The dates of closure and reopening are communicated internally and disclosed to stock exchanges where required.
- Compliance with Trading Window norms is strictly monitored by the Compliance Officer.
