Pursuant to Regulation 3(5) and 3(6) of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Ajcon Global Services Ltd. maintains a Structured Digital Database (SDD) containing details of persons with whom Unpublished Price Sensitive Information (UPSI) is shared.
The database is maintained with adequate internal controls and audit trails to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and non-tamperability of records.
